It is universally true that when we are in the deepest times of despair, it helps to take our minds off our own problems. This means, when you are hurting from the loss of employment, spend some time helping someone else who is in the same situation. It will lighten your mood and bless your soul. I know this is true from my personal experience. That is how Friends of Barnabas came into existence. FOB was started in obedience to God's leading and it has brought relief, encouragement and help to hundreds of people. Come join us for a chapter (small group) meeting soon and see for yourself. We meet on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm, room A-104, Fruit Cove Baptist Church which is located at 501 SR 13 in Fruit Cove, FL. |

The Friends of Barnabas was started to assist people in career transition. We believe that people can help and encourage each other through the typically lonely and frustrating job search process.
